Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unopened or unworn. Items from our Slight Seconds section are non-returnable.

To start a return, email us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will respond quickly with next steps.

If we made an error, we cover the return shipping. If you have changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost. Please use a tracked or signed for service.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will confirm your refund or exchange. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days on our end. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to complete the transfer.
